Refunds, Cancellations and Order Changes

How to raise a refund or cancellation request and what order details to include for review.

Understand how to request help with a refund, cancellation or incorrect order.

Refund eligibility depends on the product, its delivery status and the published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital downloads or services that have already been accessed may have different conditions from undelivered items.

Before you request a refund

  • Review the current Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Check your order status and whether the product or service has already been delivered or accessed.
  • Keep your order number, checkout email and payment reference ready.

Submit a request

  1. Open Submit a Ticket.
  2. Select Orders & Payments or the closest relevant service.
  3. Enter the order number, explain what happened and state the resolution you are requesting.
  4. Attach a payment receipt or screenshot only if needed and avoid sharing full card or bank credentials.

What happens next?

Support reviews the order details and applicable policy. If approved, the team will explain the next steps and any expected payment-provider processing time. The timing may vary by payment method and bank.

Incorrect product or duplicate payment

Do not submit another purchase to correct a duplicate or uncertain payment. Send the relevant order and transaction references so the team can investigate.
