When a coupon is available, its terms determine which products qualify, when it expires and whether other discounts can be combined with it. A banner or advertised code should always be checked against the conditions shown for that offer.
Apply a coupon
- Add eligible product(s) to your cart.
- Open the cart or checkout page.
- Enter the exact coupon code in the coupon field and choose Apply.
- Review the updated order total before paying.
- Confirm the discount appears in the final summary.
If the code does not work
- Check for spelling, extra spaces or incorrect characters.
- Review the expiry date, minimum spend and eligible products.
- Check whether the code is limited to new customers or a particular account.
- Remove an incompatible coupon if the offer does not allow stacking.
- Refresh the cart if the total has not recalculated.
Discount labels versus checkout coupons
A sale price may already be applied to a product automatically. A coupon is a separate code and will only apply if its rules are satisfied. A graphic showing a discount in a design preview is not a real offer; rely on the live product price and checkout total.
