Download availability depends on the product type and confirmed order status. A product page may provide a file, a sample preview or a service-delivery step; these are not interchangeable.
Find the download
- Sign in with the account used for the purchase, if an account was required.
- Open My Account or the order details.
- Check the completed order for a Downloads section or access instructions.
- Use the provided download link and save the file to a secure location.
- Read the product description for included formats, scope and permitted use.
If the link is missing or fails
Confirm that payment is complete, refresh the order page and try a current browser. If the link has expired or the file is corrupt, contact support with your order number, product title and a description of the error.
For business database products
Check the listing for the specific coverage (Pan-India, state-wise, city-wise or category-wise), record fields, update information, format and permitted-use terms. Download a sample only where it is expressly offered. A sample file is not the same as the complete purchased dataset.
Keep files secure
Do not post purchased files or private access links publicly. Use the product only as permitted by the description, applicable laws and privacy/anti-spam rules.
